Guide Goodies was the product of me and my team partitipating in the 2024 IOPP 48 Hour Repack Competition and placed us in the Top 3 spot. The prompt my team tackled was designing an accessible package meant for people with cognitive and/or physical disabilities. We came up with the idea to design a dog treat package because we found that a significant portion of people with disabilities own service dogs to aid them. The design of Guide Goodies focuses on being able to be held, opened, and sealed with minimal effort while also being secure. The color scheme of the design was also purposefully chosen so that those with colorblindness could still see the difference in the colors.
