Hi, I'm Evan Kim. ​I'm a Packaging Engineer passsionate about creating innovative, sustainable, and thoughfully engineered packaging solutions that merge creativity with functionality.

With a B.S. in Industrial technology and Packaging from Cal Poly SLO, I've developed a strong foundation in structural design, materials testing, and manufacturing processes, guided by Cal Poly's "Learn by Doing" approach.
Currently, I work as a Packaging Engineer at Mattel, where I designa nd develop packaging that not only protects and showcases world-class toys, but also enhances the storytelling, unboxing experience, and play pattern. My work involves collaborating across design, engineering, and prodution teams to deliver packaging that balances innovation, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
